About Us

We have regular residents' meetings so that everyone has an opportunity to discuss all aspects of life in their home.  These meetings give residents a chance to talk about any changes, improvements and activities they would like.

Everyday activities are extremely important for encouraging healthy bodies and minds. They help to bolster a resident's strength and energy, improve their appetite and humour, and offer an opportunity for them to interact with staff and other residents. As well as providing this physical and mental stimulation, activities can also help give structure to a residents day, and offer them something to look forward to.

We also appreciate how important it is to offer variety, this is why there is always something enjoyable and stimulating to do for residents of all abilities. Our daily programme is developed to match existing hobbies and interests and explore new avenues. Some examples are ; bingo, live entertainment, indoor bowls, musical therapy, crafts, armchairs exercises, outings and lots more.
We have visits from different religious denominations who come and give religious services and support to our residents.

There are also always quiet areas in the home where you can chat or just relax and enjoy the view.
